Actually the firm SS GROUP normally conducts Walk In or Face to Face Technical Interviews only, But due to the latest spike in the covid cases the respected Tamil Nadu & Andhra Pradesh governments imposed partial lockdown even for the safety of Employees/Staff the Company should implement only online Interviews through zoom app, But by conducting only online interviews which is chargeable the company may loose several skilled employees and it would effect the recruitment process. 

So, finally the company SS GROUP decided to provide or offer both types of (Online or Direct) Interviews to the candidates and as per their wish the respected candidate can select anyone of the interview type online or direct, but due to local authorities restrictions the Direct interview should only to be conducted at Chennai branch only. 

Company is subjecting 2 modes of interview's one is Online mode and other is Direct mode interview. Candidate can opt for any one of the mode by fulfilling the terms and conditions of the respective mode 

Candidates applying for direct mode interview should submit the following documents prior to the company with in the due time subjected to the candidates for conforming their name in the interview list.

The following documents are:

* Latest COVID RTPCR test report with status negative which is not longer then 72 hours ( This is not Vaccination certificate)

* Journey tickets to the interview location on the date as scheduled to the respective candidate.

Registration fee's is NILL for direct interview mode, Only subjected documents are mandatory. 

Note: Direct interviews are going to be hold at Chennai Plant only due to the restrictions issued by the respective state authorities due to the sudden spike in the COVID case of delta varient.     

Candidates applying for online mode of interview should pay a refundable registration fee's 1000/- INR (which is 100% refundable to all candidates after successful completion of their online interview without any deductions).

The online interview will be conducted virtually as per the convenient of the candidate on the scheduled date subjected to them.

Refundable Registration Fee 1000/- I.N.R. should be paid on or before the due date stated to the respective candidate. 

Note: The refundable registration fee's should be paid only to the company firm account or UPI details which is subjected along with the mail and not to any other under the security policy of the candidate.  

* The Online interview slots will be limited and for the candidate who pays the fees on the first on first basis, The conformation of the online interview slot will be allotted.

*The availability of the online slots for the respective vacancy can be viewed online in the company website.

In this pandemic situation working with limited staff is a major task to eradicate or to scrutinize the spam applications if it is free of cost. So, to overcome spam applications this refundable registration fee's have been applied which will give a higher chance to get employment to genuine candidate's and it will reduce work effort to the employees for conducting the interview. 

As by applying registration fees it would reduce the employment effort but simultaneously the company is going to miss skilled candidates or it would effect low level financial candidates. So to overcome these, The registration fees is purely refundable and with in 24 to 48 hours of the successful completion of online interview as per scheduled the fees will be refunded 100% to their respected candidate account as per the details collected during the interview process. 

During at any circumstances if the candidate have not attended the online interview or not even intimated to the company through mail for the reason of not attending the interview, those candidates amount will be transferred to any Orphanage and those details will be placed in the website.

Yes, it is a challenging task to provide security for all the candidates but the registration fees is not being paid to any personal account and the fee's is going to deposit in the Legally registered companies Current Account and even for security the company is providing the government registered certificate along with bank statement. Now by verifying all these the company is leaving the decision to the candidate for the choice of interview because we don't want any skilled employee to miss by the company.

The major security is that the candidates whoever selected and paid the registration will get a security bond registered under Indian Law.
